I guess this is Batwoman's swimwear when she is fighting crime on the beaches of Gotham.

if they drop green arrow (Black Canary would be a better fit)

we have Supergirl, Batgirl and Hawkgirl...hmmm since they are all girls maybe this should be the new Teen Titan or Young Justice lineup
